Our services include:

• • Fabrication of the Bould box

  • Casing the Silicone into the mould box containing the item

 

To manufacture a silicon mould, a physical model is required. This model can be provided by you or we can provide it by 3D printing it.

An item that needs to be drawn, designed and converted to a 3D CAD drawing, will attract additional costs.

The mould is then poured with silicone rubber into a mould box containing the physical model, cured and heat treated to ensure the best quality product. The mould as manufactured enables us or the client to create duplicates of the item.
